Who provides the service?
There are two parts to any
Music On Hold system; the software, and the hardware.
The software is produced and provided by us at
Your Message On Hold. We produce the CD to your specifications,
and then send it to you or your installer.
The hardware is provided and maintained by your
usual telephone engineers. They will be able to advise you on
the cost of a CD player, connection and set-up of your phone
system. If you don't use a specific telecoms company to deal
with your phones, please contact us and we'll try to put you in touch
with someone who can help.
Unlike other similar services,
with Your Message On Hold there is no rental agreement,
and no obligation to keep buying new CDs.
If
you already have a CD player installed to provide Music On Hold
for your phone system, then great news! You can buy just
a Your Message On Hold CD to use with your existing equipment.
