This is a pre-made CD featuring
5 tracks of just music, and 5 of music and speech. The messages are all
general "thankyou for holding"-type. |
| Personalised
CD
With this middle option, your
company name is placed into a selection of pre-set scripts. There isn't
the flexibility of the Bespoke CD, but it does allow you to have your name
in the message. |
| Bespoke CD
This is the complete flexible
option. You choose the entire script, and include any information you wish
to - website addresses, opening times, details of services offered, general
advertisements, etc. This option can be tailored exactly to your needs. |
We don't supply or install the CD
player, nor do we set up your phone system - your telecoms installer does
this. |
